Method: Mix ingredients with luke warm water to a thick paste. Add Spinach or Lettuce and Onions. Take desert spoon full at a time and fry in deep oil. (This should serve approximately 50.) |

1 ½ Kg. Carrots 250g Green beans 12green chillies 6 Green tomatoes 4 Green peppers 3 Tablespoonfuls of mustard powder 2 Tablespoonfuls of tumeric powder 4 Tablespoons salt 4 Tablespoons Chillie powder 1 cup oil 1 ½ cups white vinegar |
Method: Fry Mustard powder, tumeric, salt, chillie powder, Hing. Mix together in one cup of oil. Fry for three minutes on medium heat, then add vinegar and all the vegetables. Store in a glass container |

| Ingredients: 1 kg Fish 250g onions 300g tomatoes 2 T/S Lalla's Fish Masala 2 T/S Tamarind 1 T/S crushed garlic 1 T/S garum masala 1 t/s dhania powder 1 t/s jeera powder 1 t/s tumeric powder (borrie) 1 t/s salt 1 t/s fish mix seeds 10 pieces curry leaves some dhania leaves |
Method: Fry onions (chopped) in oil with fish mix seeds until golden brown. Add tomatoes, tamarind and ½ cup water. Cook till tomatoes slightly liquid. Add masala, tumeric, salt, garlic, jeera, dhania, and curry leaves. Cook for 10 minutes. Now add fish into pot and cook for 20 minutes. Add garum masala and dhania leaves respectively. A delicious Fish Curry is now ready to be served. |

1 Kg Mutton 2 Tablespoons Lallas South Indian Masala 3 Tablespoons Ginger/ Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon Borrie (Tumeric) 2 Tablespoons salt 1 Tablespoon whole big JEERA 1 Teaspoons Dhania powder 1 Teaspoon Jeera powder (cumin) 2 Cups Buttermilk 2 Tablespoons oil plus ½ cup oil 6 Cardamom 6 Cloves 6 Cinnamon sticks 2 Onions medium size 2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Chopped Green Dhania |
Method: Soak meat overnight with all ingredients except seeds with 2 Tablespoons oil. Next day fry Onions till golden brown in ½ cup oil then add meat. Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes. When almost ready add Garam Masala and Dhania leaves. |

500g Mince Meat 3 Tablespoons Ginger/ Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon Crushed green chillies 1 Teaspoon chillie powder 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Bunch chopped dhania leaves 1 finely chopped medium onion 1 Tablespoon oil 1 Teaspoon Dhania powder 1 Teaspoon Jeera powder |
Method: Mix all the above ingredients with mince and make into balls** With ¼cup of oil plus 6 cinnamon, 6 caramon, 6 cloves. Braise 1 medium sized sliced onion until golden brown. Add Kabaabs and allow to fry for 15 minutes. Add 2 grated tomatoes, 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice and allow to cool for another 15 minutes, before serving. ** Flatten the unfried meatballs and serve as Burger patties which can be grilled or braaied. |

500g tomatoes 6 green chillies 2 Tablespoons Ginger/ Garlic Paste 2 t/s whole small jeera (cumin seeds) 1 t/s salt Few green dhania leaves (corriander leaves) |
Method: Boil tomatoes for 10 minutes, then strain off water. Peel tomatoes, then place in liquidizer, with all other ingredients. A delicious homemade tomatoes chutney is now ready to be served. |

250g moong 2 T/S (level) wet masala 1 t/s borrie (tumeric powder) 1 t/s salt 1 t/s stamped garlic 4 T/S oil 3 pieces dried chillies 1 t/s hing (asafoetida) 1 chopped onion 4 tomatoes (grated) |
Method: Boil dholl in ½ pot (1 Litre) water. After boiling, add onions and boil together. After cooking, remove pot, add tomatoes and beat up. Add 2 T/S (level) wet masala, borrie, salt, and stamped garlic. In a separate pot, fry chillies and hing in oil. Add this "vagaar" to dholl. A delicious dholl is now ready to be served. |

| Ingredients:
1 Liter Milk 1 Table spoon Tookmaria 1 ½ Elachi or Rose Syrup 1 cup Ice cream |
Method: Soak Tookmaria in water for 10 minutes Drain water and add the pips the syrup and the Ice-cream to the Milk. Beat up and leave in the fridge for half hour. Serve cool. |
